## Minimum InfinitySet Version

The minimum recommended version of Brainstorm to use with Ncam is InfinitySet version 4.1.10.

## Minimum Ncam Version

For a successful integration with Brainstorm the minimum Ncam Reality version that should be used is **2021.1.11**

## Protocol

**FreeD **and **NcamSDK**, and **NcamSDKLITE **are all supported by Brainstorm. However FreeD is considered legacy and this workflow has not been tested on newer versions of Brainstorm software

Please use the **NcamSDK or NcamSDKLITE protocol **unless specifically recommended otherwise. Additionally ensure that "**Sync to Video Signal**" Is enabled

### NcamSDK Lite

The SDK Lite protocol requires **Brainstorm\_Suite-5.0.4rc-113058\_c12016** or later to be installed
:::

## Lens Distortion

Lens distortion should be conducted in Ncam Reality and streamed into Brainstorm via the NcamSDK. It is important the lens calibration is using the "**CineLens Spherical Degree2 (ZD Experimental)**" model when it is calibrated in Ncam Reality

See the [Converting Lens Distortion Models](docId\:NCF8EyAFv3xlNMUZCjsiJ) section for information on how to convert between different lens distortion models in Ncam Reality

### Exported Lens File

Ncam can export lens files in a Brainstorm compatible format, however this workflow is considered legacy and has not been tested on newer versions of Brainstorm software. As a result it is not recommended to use the exported lens file option
