WebUI - Camera Bar To Main Relation

This page describes how to access and use the Camera Bar To Main Relation wizard

Go to the Actions tab on the dashboard, navigate through the wizard section and click on Setup Witness-Main Relation.

The rigid main camera to camera bar relation can be set by different means.

For now, the only option available is by using fiducial anchors to assist with the automatic computation of the relationship.

The first screen asks for your confirmation that the camera bar is securely fixed to the main body and that the system will be moved as a whole from now on.

You are then asked to double check the main body and lens selection before proceeding. This is because the resulting calibration is stored relative to these choices in the calibration database. Additionally it is because the lens must be calibrated for this process to work well, therefore it is important we make sure we are using the right calibration before proceeding

Now, make sure that the lens is set to the Golden Point (Focus = 0.5 and Zoom = 0.0). This is to ensure that the most accurate part of the lens calibration is used while doing the Live Update.

At last, we can proceed with the Live Update proper. Point the camera bar view towards a fiducial anchor then click 'Continue'.

Now, do the same using the main camera view. Move slowly until the confidence is high enough.

If your Live Update confidence is at least 'Medium', you can click 'Finish' which brings you back to the Dashboard.
