Mk2 Server

Introduction

The Mk2 server is the processing unit of the system, it runs the Ncam Reality tracking software and is designed in a fashion to allow it to be mounted either remote to the camera (with the use of a Connection box), or placed directly on the camera body itself.

There are two generations of Mk2 server, the primary difference between the two is the redesign of the case lid to allow for passive cooling of the server

DC IN - Power input for Mk2 server

VIDEO IN - 3G SDI input for Mk2 server, required for system to work

VIDEO OUT - Optional SDI loop through, can be used to inject timecode if none present on input signal

UART - Connection for UART based encoders

CAMERA BAR - Lockable USB C connection for the camera bar
